Pre-Employment Drug Screen Walk Ins

MSL has partnered with numerous companies in Kokomo, IN to provide collection services for drug screens. If your employer has contracted with us, or you have a LabCorp Pre-Employment Drug Screen With a Chain of Custody Form, we can help you!

We do not have Pre-Employment Drug Screens available without the company first contacting us to set up collection services, and we don’t currently know of any laboratory or clinic that can in Kokomo, IN.

At this time, MSL can only provide services to Non-DOT drug screens.

Make sure you have your proper paperwork, possible registration or account number, and your state I.D. or driver’s license. Your paperwork will usually include a chain-of-custody form, which is a carbon copy form that patients must not fill out prior to their appointment.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before we close for lunch or for the day. Just let the ladies at the front desk know that you are here for a drug screen, and they’ll get you started on your paperwork.

After your drug screen, you are free to go! Results will not be available for most drug screens at MSL, they will be forwarded on to the school or business that ordered them. If there are any concerns about substances, including prescriptions, you will be contacted by the method chosen during your drug screen.
