Redraws and Recollections

There a quite a few instances where a patient may need to come back in to the lab. You doctor may have called to add on a test, some specimens don’t centrifuge correctly, sometimes there isn’t enough specimen to double check a result, and some tubes just vanish. If any of the above happen with your order, you will be contacted by either your healthcare provider or by us.

Returning Patients

For patients who have been requested to come back into the lab for another draw, we have good news for you: you do not need to wait! When you arrive, please just come in the front door and let our Admin know you’re a redraw and she’ll get your order ready. Patients, please be kind if you see a redraw enter the room before you do; they’ve done their waiting too!
